Return Policy
Only brand new and un-opened units and units that exhibit manufacturing defects are eligible for return. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Shooting Star International will either repair or replace the unit, at its sole discretion, while it is under warranty. Please refer the Warranty policy and procedures in your Instruction Manual for additional information. Brand new items must be un-used and packaged in their original, un-opened shrink wrap and un-opened box to be eligible for return. New items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. In all cases, a Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. All postage must be pre-paid by the customer.
